That was until we bought and installed i software tv on every computer in the house. Now everyone gets to watch whatever they want in their own room. You can't compare that with our big-screen tv, but it sure beats having to watch cheesy soaps with grandma every afternoon!

We’re a big family of middle-aged adults, seniors and grown “kids” so fighting for the remote had become a daily ritual. Some of the channels are broken but with so many channels to flip through I'm not complaining. I mainly watch sports and the occasional movie or two and it's serving me well. Happy with my purchase.

I just moved last month and instead of getting cable tv installed, I got isoftware tv instead and found it to be a pretty good alternative.
